​A bit about your landlord ...

 

Basically I’m a small town McGill graduate who has been renting apartments in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue to McGill students for the past 30 years.

I grew up in neighboring Baie d’Urfé (since 1978) and attended John Abbott College (next to Macdonald campus) from 1987-89. I then did my BCom at McGill from 1989-92. 

I acquired my real estate license in 1994 and have been selling houses and renting apartments ever since.   

I have a son and brother who help manage the apartments. My other son is presently attending McGill University in downtown Montreal.

Je suis un diplômé de McGill qui loue des appartements à Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue aux étudiants de McGill depuis 30 ans.

J'ai grandi à Baie d'Urfé, à proximité de Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, et j'ai fréquenté le Collège John Abbott de 1987 à 1989. J'ai ensuite fait mon baccalauréat en commerce au campus McGill du centre-ville de Montréal de 1989 à 1992.

J'ai obtenu ma licence d'agent immobilier en 1994 et je vends des maisons et loue des appartements depuis.

J'ai un fils et un frère qui m'aident à gérer les appartements. Mon autre fils fréquente actuellement l'Université McGill au centre-ville de Montréal.
